A cheese sauce is used as a basic filling for the pastry case. Made in the old-fashioned way, using a traditional recipe that dates back many years. In one of the appetizers the sauce is lightly flavoured with tomato and filled with fresh shrimps. The other is finished with a topping of fine cheese. Yummy!
