In the late 70’s Bakery De Trog saw the light of day in a quest to offer fair and high-quality bread creations. The amount of faithful costumers gradually grew over the years, partly due to excellent word-of-mouth advertising. The number of outlets increased rapidly and the bakery soon evolved into a larger, more modern bakery in Ypres. Since 2005, Bio Bakkerij De Trog has been baking wonderfully pure and authentic Bio De Trog bread at the Ypres site 7 days a week!
